Bullseye Shoots 1st No Miss Match As Buckaroo Shooter

Do you remember when you were a young shooter?  Not so fast there Sundance: that was a long time ago. Well, the May shoot was a bit special. Bullseye, a rip snortin’ Buckaroo Shooter shot his 1st match with no misses. A clean match is always special to the shooter, and now Bullseye  has one. Congratulations cowboy. May you have many more.

Bullseye – Buckaroo Shooter

Another young cowboy also did right well. Unpleasant shot another no miss match and was, once again, the TOP GUN of the shoot. Close on his heels in the No. 2 position and also shooting a clean match was Festus D. Deputy. In all, 14 shooters shot no-misses matches: Bullseye, Unpleasant, Festus D. Deputy, Ocoee Red, Mr. Pistol, Pyro, Awful Close, Dustin Clays, Bad Arm Slim, TN Hoss, TN Hawk, Vinegaroon, Dusty Camino, and Josey Buckhorn. Last Kiss was the TOP COWGIRL SHOOTER.

2 shooters were back amongst us who have been unable to attend for some time because of health reasons, and it was good to have them back: Dagnabit Deb and Vinegaroon. Vinegaroon celebrated his return by shooting a no miss match and placing 1st among Black Powder Duelists, which means he beat his ol’ buddy Owlhoot Hardin in smoking up the range. And TN Hoss, who bested Coffee Joe in the Black Powder Cartridge shooting, helped him in the smoke department. In all, 73 shooters participated in the May Shoot, including a Buckroo (Bullseye) and 2 junior shooters (Calico Nicole and  Mr. Wigwam). It was a perfect day for shooting and companionship.
